The Latest in Smart Cards
The patent pending smart card "Birth I.D." contains a chip carrying all pertinent birth information. In addition, several layers of applications exist, each one contains information (accessible only through password and proper identification from specific institutions or agencies) which can be added to, but never erased.
This "Birth I.D." smart card contains the following information for the duration of one's life:
Birth Information for enrollment in school, driver's license issuance, military enrollment, marriage application, passport application, and social security number assignment.
Medical Information and prescription history (obtainable only through medical personnel licensed through the state). This history would be tracked through pharmacies nationwide and medical institutions.
Drivers License history to and including licenses issued in other states, DUI offenses, Revocation of Licenses, etc.
Criminal history and registration with the proper government agencies such as parole boards, court system, probation departments, and sexual offender registration at designated agencies.
The patent pending technology allows for a card to accept new information in the proper category but does not allow for the information to be overwritten. Therefore preventing identity fraud if stolen and eliminating the possibility of erasing information imbedded on the card.
